C. J. Cronin BioC. J. Cronin is a rich vein of creativity. A remarkable Australian writer and actor trained at the National Institute of Dramatic Art, he resides in Queensland. Cronin had 3 plays chosen in succession for the National Playwrights Conference while attending NIDA as an actor. He has written some 35 screenplays, including three rewrites produced by Warner Brothers Australia, and one original script produced by Tommorow's News. He has also completed 6 novels - 2 factual, 1 published. With over 20 years experience in the film industry and performing arts, his knowledge is considerable. As an actor, he has performed in feature films and television programs, and done the voices of Sean Connery and James Mason for radio commercials. He wrote and directed the documentary Treasure, the Gulf of Thailand Incident, which was commissioned by Jack Schwartzman Productions. This documentary was well received and widely distributed internationally. |
