The VWP logo was created by Allison Gerlach, who won our design contest in 1998.
Originally a theatre major in college, Allie became involved in multimedia and web
design when she realized she didn't want to live on
starving artist wages.
A graduate of the Vancouver Film School's Multimedia program,
Allie moved to Seattle in 1997. She does a limited amount of
theatre these days, preferring to use her web skills in
theatrical ways.
Recent projects include sites for Linger.org and the Seattle band, Upsoyo. Allie is a rabid 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' fan,
thus she has created several Buffy related websites including Petrie's Dishes, Fury's Fanatics.
Allie currently works at Peak Creative Services doing maintenence and development for US West Residential.
